How much does this conference cost?
This conference is free for you! There is no cost to register for the event. We don't want anything to stop you from attending and growing your Insurance knowledge and confidence!
The only thing you have to pay for is transportation, lodging, and some food.
Where can I stay?
Oaklawn Racing Casino & Resort has a hotel, so you can stay at the same location as the conference if you would like. Once you register for the conference, you will receive an email that has information on how to book a room at Oaklawn.
There are also other great hotels in the area you can stay at! Just give us a call at 800-777-9322 and we can help you find a good one.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes! We want to help as many agents as possible. Family is also one of our core values. We would just need to know which parts of the conference your guests are attending, so we can properly prepare enough seating and food.
How do I get to Oaklawn?
If you are flying in, we suggest flying in to the Clinton National Airport in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Hot Springs does have a small airport if you would like to look into flying there.
The Clinton National Airport is approximately an hour drive away from Oaklawn Racing Casino & Resort.
